Geology Manager – Cue Gold Operation (4:3 Roster)
Westgold Resources is seeking an experienced Geology Manager to join our Cue Gold Operation and lead site‑based geological activities across mine geology, grade control and resource development.
This is a key leadership role within the operation, offering the opportunity to influence production performance, resource growth and life‑of‑mine outcomes at an established WA gold operation.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager – Operations, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining geological standards across the operation. You will provide technical leadership to the site geology team, support ore control and reconciliation, contribute to life‑of‑mine planning, and work closely with Operations to maximise recovery and minimise dilution.
Safety leadership, data integrity and compliance with regulatory and company standards will be central to your success in this role.
